Progress at Oak Terrace: Modern Living is Taking Shape

On-site Progress

Estate 1:
Foundation work is officially underway. With the groundwork in place, we’re on track to move into vertical construction in the coming weeks.

Estates 2 and 3:
Framing is in full swing, with Estate 2 already mostly framed. These homes are quickly becoming walkable spaces, and we’re hopeful to have two fully framed homes ready to tour by the end of March. It’s an exciting stage where floorplans and views really start to come to life.

Estates 4, 5 and 6:
Site work and foundation preparation are next up for Estates 4, 5 and 6. This phase is progressing quickly and will follow closely behind the first group of homes.

If you’re visiting the property, our office container is on-site and includes brochures when open. You may also run into Ted, our project manager, who’s often on-site and happy to answer questions or offer insights on the build process.
